are like most people, you would love to know the best lose

any given day and most will admit they would like to lose at

because they get you motivated with a purpose.

is by simply deciding to make a few changes in your

Stop Drinking Sodas: Do you really need to
drink all those sodas each day? Instead of drinking sugary

substitute it for glasses of water.

each day but in reality, drinking any amount of water as

are tired during the day, it is probably because you did not
sleep well and may have nothing to do with the hour you went

front of the television and eating a bag of potato chips or
other fattening snacks, snack on some fresh fruit or even
some raw veggies. Not your idea of a delightful snack? Maybe
you can just start out with only eating half a bag of chips
and fazing the fattening snacks out. Or, you can choose some
plain popcorn or a handful of pretzels. A fan of milk?
Great! Instead of drinking whole milk, have a glass of low
fat or skim milk. You’d be surprised at how many calories

Get More Exercise: The next best way to
lose weight is to get up off of the couch and get moving!
Whether you take a power walk outside, stretching, or invest
in a treadmill, try to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes each
day moving around.
